Hello December

I did an oil painting that looks shockingly different from the one above. I had pained the face when I freaked out and decided I wanted something more exciting! But, in the end I discarded this photshopped thumbnail idea and did a traditional oil portrait (to be posted soon)

SFMOMA has an amazing interactive exhibit up, everyone must GO! It was phenomenal! In all honesty I can only handle art museums in small doses but I could have stayed there ALL day. Heres a random photo I snapped in one of the exhibits while the guard wasn't looking
Snow
It was taken in a cylinder shaped room (an installment) that had all white luminescent walls, where every 30 seconds or so the colors shift. I lost all sence of space inside of it, and felt as tough I was lost in the color spectrum (which I think was the intention of the installment.)

That multicolor facial tone technique on the BART guy (and the new oil painting) is awesome!

Wonderful paintings and drawings Paul! I am with you on the museum thing but that sounds great! I went to the Vatican once and thought I would lose my mind because they make you go throught the whole place and it is vast and excessive! You keep thinking about all the starving people of the times and how this place is filled with all this wealth... I hope your holidaze are filled with fun, art and love!
