This is the 2nd most recent addition in my AP Art concentration - It explores how a child's fear may distort their reality. "Don't Let Em Bite" is now up in my favorite coffee shop on Piedmont Avenue along with the work of my other classmates! Fun to sit there and glance at it occasionally, or better yet, hear other people talking about it.

Attempted "Rim Lighting" with a lamp I tipped over, leaning it on my nightstand. Ghetto set up
Above is an experimental photo series I did about a month ago. It plays around with form and light; Beginning with a well lit subject (myself...) that is slowly reduced to abstract shadows and forms. This is a little preview of the 7 part experiment
I really need to find myself a model.
In news other than my art, I've been enjoying the weather! Finally getting to sprawl out in parks under the sun. Been hanging out with friends a lot and occasionally checking out the Harvey Milk set. 3 months left of high school! woooooo

You've got yourself a gallery? Sweet! I should come see it!! If only I didn't live 50 miles away... ;)
I saw something about the Harvey Milk movie on TV last night. Wonder when it's coming out? Are you in it?
And graaduuaationn!!! Only 3 months left, that's crazy. Only 3 months till summer break!!!
UM HELLO? I'm addicted to facebook! I'll add ya :D
The painting is really well done Paul! How exciting for you! You look so dapper in your self portraits too! New York is one of my favourite places that is going to be so thrilling for you to live there! I so enjoyed catching up on your scene. Hugs!
I figured you had picked up the link I posted; I'm not nearly vain enough to presume you've been internet stalking me, hah. Thank you by the way! It’s odd but I’m always surprised to hear positive things about my work. Your AP series sounds interesting, what other ideas have you played with relating to your focus? I like the idea of distorted reality, especially from the view of a child.
Also, beautiful photos, very regal. I was never a talented photographer.
you know i'll always model for you.
